All visitors must have an appointment.

1. Appointments are for those who have submitted an application for 1 to 3 puppies with intent to buy.

2. We cannot accommodate you if you are just looking or just want to play with puppies at this time.

3. Respect sanitary rules our employees ask you to follow.

5. If you are later than 20 minutes late we may need to reschedule, so that we can assist our next viewing appointment. 

How to Purchase A Puppy

FREE PUPPY VIEWING APPOINTMENT BELOW

1. FREE PET VIEWING: For those who submitted an application for each pet they are interested one day or more before coming. (Application must include Pet ID Number)

2. FREE PET VIEWING: If an application was submitted for a specific puppy before 12:00 pm the day you want to come.  

2. PET VIEWING LIMIT: There is a limit of puppies we can bring during your viewing appointment.

Limit 3 puppies on weekdays. Limit 2 puppies on weekends.

A $25.00 fee will be applied for each additional puppy viewed over the puppy limit.

3. Limit of 1 puppy per viewing appointment if no applications were submitted or the appointment was booked after 12:00 pm the day of your visit. 

PRIVATE PUPPY VIEWING / FEE IS REQUIRED 

This service is available for customers that cannot come during business hours or come with a short notice, because I will have to close the boutique while I drive back home to get the puppy's you are requesting. Fee must be paid in advance.

1. PRIVATE VIEWING FEE: Available from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm anytime that we are closed.

Fee is $225.00 for 2 hours. $100.00 for each additional hour. This fee is required, if you need to come when we are closed or need a appointment after 4:00 pm and no late appointments are available. We occasionally offer late viewing times.

I will call a employee in on their day off to assist us with the viewing.

2. This fee will be charged to view a puppy anytime after hours, when we are closed, or if we have to work you in between appointments.

3. Limit 2 puppies.

4. A $25.00 fee will be applied for each additional puppy viewed over the 2 puppy limit.

5. ​If this payment is not made before coming, we will not have any puppies for you to see when you visit.

This service is primarily available for customers that cannot wait, our celebrity clients and high profile clients that want a high level of privacy during there visit.

IMPORTANT

Contact us after you have submitted an application for a specific Pet with their proper pet ID# that you want to view if you cannot find a desired appointment time and to confirm your application was received.

Pet Purchase/Adoption process can take 1 to 2 hours from the time you pick out a puppy.

This is dependent on how many questions you have and your payment method. It can take up to 2 to 5 hours if you did not apply for financing before you came and decide at the last minute you need financing.

Reasons Why We Only Bring Puppies By Request

I am a licensed breeder that specializes in tiny puppy/dogs. I am not a pet shop with a lot of puppies on display.  My back was broken in two places during a severe accident. Therefore, I am not no longer capable of carrying the heavy workload I had before the accident.

That is the main reason I do not bring all of our puppies everyday. Rainy days and cold days are very challenging for me because I now have arthritis running down my spine. That is why I am not open every day. I can continue doing what I love with limited hours and I am sorry for any inconvenience it may cause.

Please schedule a visit for puppies and pet supplies to avoid coming on a random day that I had to close or close early.  Especially if you have a long drive. Also contact us to confirm your application and viewing request was received.

We only bring the puppies you requested.

REASONS FOR ONLY BRINGING PUPPIES BY REQUEST

Additional Reasons Appointment Is Required

1. We are currently working short staffed do not have enough employees to get extra puppies ready. 

2. It is too cold when we leave our home at 6:00 am early spring, fall and winter.

3. We want to offer you very personalized service during your visit and give you the opportunity to see the personality, look and size of the pet you plan to purchase without being rushed or interrupted by other customers asking questions, or looking at the same puppy you are interested in.

We are not a quick cash breeder that hands you, your puppy and takes your money and expect for you to figure out how to feed, bath, train and care for your puppy.

We want explain the type of care and training it has had with us.

IF AN APPLICATION IS NOT SUBMITTED THE DAY BEFORE

If no pet purchase applications were submitted, we can not guarantee we will have puppies in the desired price range or breed you are interested in available during the appointment. 
The only price you will be quoted and allowed to pay is the starting price.
As a bonus we offer our lowest discounted internet price to customer that have a way to submit their application before coming.
Our recommendation for shopping on a budget is to read the "How to Purchase a Puppy" page on our site and to take the responsibility of submitting a pet purchase application for the lowest priced pets available on our web site one day or more before coming.
