Founded by owner and operator, Rebecca Bice, we follow the love she has for dogs, and the passion she has for tiny breeds. We believe that happy pets bring joy to our lives. Our Story
Teacup & Toy Pet Boutique is a family-owned and operated business founded in Dallas, Texas by entrepreneur, Rebecca Bice. "Becky" and her family are long time pet owners with a love and passion for small breed dogs. Her business was started when one of her furry family members had puppies and she wanted to share her passion for small dogs with other families. Thanks to Rebecca over 1000 people have loved and cared for their own small dog.

The Pet Boutique has a specific interest in tiny breed dogs such as Maltese, Yorkshire Terrier (Yorkie), MaltiPoos. Through the years pet owners have reached out to Rebecca for her knowledge and care on how to pick the perfect puppy and how to train and care for a new puppy.

However, throughout her career, Rebecca has seen many puppies not survive their very first months of life due to lack of information. While your veterinarian and local pet store plays a vital role in the health of your puppy, there are not many people with the specialized knowledge and experience in caring for tiny breed dogs.
