Teacup & Toy Pet Boutique is a family-owned and operated business founded in Dallas, Texas by entrepreneur, Rebecca Bice. "Becky" and her family are long time pet owners with a love and passion for small breed dogs. My grandmother Opal Romo had a deep love for tiny dogs and she taught me a lot about how to care for them. She would also make little clothes for them and dress them up for every outing and holiday. Rebecca's business was started when one of her furry family members had puppies and she wanted to share her passion for small dogs with other families. Thanks to Rebecca over 1000 people have loved and cared for their own small dog.

The Pet Boutique has a specific interest in tiny breed dogs such as Maltese, Yorkshire Terrier (Yorkie), Poodles, MaltiPoos and ShihTzus. Through the years pet owners have reached out to Rebecca for her knowledge and care on how to pick the perfect puppy and how to train and care for a new puppy.

However, throughout her career, Rebecca has seen many puppies not survive their very first months of life due to lack of information. While your veterinarian and local pet store plays a vital role in the health of your puppy, there are not many people with the specialized in breeds or have the knowledge and experience in Breeding and caring for tiny breed dogs. That is why you do not see many teacup dog breeders. They would rather tell people there is no such thing as Teacup instead of educating themselves on how to breed them.

Teacup and Toy Pet Boutique is focused on empowering new pet owners with the knowledge and supplies necessary to care for a new puppy, especially tiny puppies. With over 30 years of experience in caring for small puppies, our Rebecca will help and guide you in your journey from newborn puppy to furry four-legged family member. We are not the kind of breeder that will take your money and you a puppy, expecting you to figure out how to bath, feed, train or care for your new puppy. Plan on spending one to three hours with us as we help guide you through the new puppy care instructions.
