Service Description

We do not bring all of the puppies every day, only the ones you submitted an application for or requested by Pet ID Number. Please pick 1 to 2 Puppy Numbers. Request additional puppies for $25 each. You must indicate in the notes which puppy numbers you want to see or price range you need to stay under. We can show you puppies by breed, size, sex or price limit if you have one. Let us know what is important to you because we do not want to bring a breed that you are not interested in or tiny expensive puppies if you wanted a larger lower priced puppy. IMPORTANT! Internet Discounted Price is only available to customers that submitted an application for a specific discounted puppy before coming. Sorry, no exceptions will be made. If you did NOT submit an application on a specific puppy number. The only price you will be quoted and allowed to pay is the starting price. Yes, you need to submit an application for each puppy you would like to purchase if you would like to purchase it at the internet discounted price. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will need to reschedule you for another day or time if we have another appointment immediately after yours. A confirmation text will be sent to the cell phone number you listed the morning of your appointment to confirm. You MUST respond to the message to confirm your appointment. You can do so as early as 5:00 am and no later than 9:00 am or we will not bring the puppy you requested. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance. However, if you have paid for a private viewing fee or express fee for a same day appointment, this fee will not be refunded. No Show Appointments will be limited to 1 puppy on next appointment. Please be kind enough to cancel in advance if you cannot keep your appointment.
