ADOPTION PET PRICE $1875.00 - $25.00
These pets are offered at a starting price of $1,875.00 and marked down every 2 to 10 days. If the price gets under $25.00 for over 48 hours we will make them available for free to people that are on our waiting list for them, newsletter subscribers, and Facebook followers.

We are business, not a non-profit organization, meaning that we do not receive donations to care for adoption pets, therefore our prices may be higher because we cover their expenses. Such as: Vet Bills, Vaccines, Dewormer, Grooming, Food and pay our employees to care for them. Where they can be found is listed below.
PRE-ADOPTION PET PRICE:
These are price options #4, #5 or #6. These options are the only ones marked down below the starting prices. They are available on select puppies that are reduced in price and can be found on any puppy page on our web site.
If the lowest price option available for that pet drops to $1875.00 or less, the pet will be offered as an adoption pet with an adoption health guarantee.

​FREE PETS: Free Pets are offered when a pet's price drops to $25.00 for over 48 hours. Free pet announcements are sent only to our waiting list customers and call back subscribers. Must be 18 or older to receive a free pet.
(Adoption application fee will still be required to adopt a free pet to cover vaccines, grooming, vet bills and cost associated with free pets. Click open price option #6 to view the adoption application on any puppy page to see the application fee. It will be based on the payment option you choose.) ​

FREE PET DRAWING: Free pets are offered as a promotion to bring customers into our pet boutique. We try our best to offer one Free Summer Puppy & 1 to 2 Free Christmas Pets every year! Information on free pets can be found at the bottom of the COUPON section from the SiteMap Directory.

MYSTERY PETS: Can be found on the Deal of The Day page when available and are marked down daily until gone. No information is offered on them regardless of how far you will be traveling.

HOW TO FIND ADOPTION PETS
Step 1. Go to the SiteMap Directory.
Step 2. Click Open the "PRICE INFORMATION BUTTON"
Step 3. Look for the ORANGE "Deal of the Day" button toward the bottom of the page.
Step 4. Adoption and discounted pets will always be at the very bottom of that page when available.

Important! Look past the discounted price pets on that page. If you do not see any adoption or free pets, it is because we do not have any available. Adoption puppies & adults go fast! They can be gone the same day they are posted, that is why many people get on our waiting list for them. Puppies available for sale or adoption are taken by the first person to submit an application for it and pick it up within the time allowed on application.

Deal of The Day Page:
This is where we post pets that have been reduced by 20% to 50% OFF of the starting price. Puppies & adults on this page are marked down faster than any other page on our web site, especially when our nursery is full.

ADULT PETS: Can be found anywhere on our web site in the breed category you are interested in but normally get moved to the Deal of The Day page sooner than young puppies.
WHERE DO THEY COME FROM
Adoption pets are not bred at our location and are offered by us for the same reason shelters and rescue groups offer them. We only take in teacup & toy breeds. We take them in for the following reasons: someone is called to active duty military, an older individual was placed in a care home, someone could not pay for vet bills or surgery from an accident, their dog has an unplanned pregnancy, etc...

Most people feel more comfortable surrendering a pet to a place that specializes in teacup and toy breeds. Many of them want for their pet to be placed in a home environment that provides a 24 hour / 7 day a week care.

WE WILL TAKE A TEXAS TEACUPS PET BACK ANYTIME DURING THEIR LIFE
Our customers are aware when they purchase a puppy from us that they can bring it back to us at any time and we will find a home for it. There are some rare instances our customers may need to bring a puppy back because they could not make their payments, relocating or one of the reasons listed above.

MEDIUM & LARGE BREEDS: Occasionally we post pictures of free medium or large pets on our facebook page for our customers, neighbors, church members, friends or family. We will only allow medium & large breed pets that are free with no charge or re-homing fee to our facebook page.

HEALTH GUARNATEE
Texas Teacups offers a health guarantee with an opportunity to return the pet if it has a major health problem.
Shelters / Animal Control or Adoption Agencies
DO NOT Allow you to return a pet or offer assistance with vet bills if your pet has health major problems. The pet becomes your responsibility the minute you walk out the door with it.
PREVOUS OWNER CONTACT
Texas Teacups offers the opportunity for you to stay in contact with previous owner if both parties agree.
Shelter / Animal Control or Adoption Agencies
DO NOT Allow you to stay in contact with previous owners.
BREED & SIZE
Texas Teacups does not offer large or medium size adoption pets.
Shelter / Animal Control or Adoption Agencies
It is virtually impossible to find a small breed at a shelter because all of the rescue groups get first choice of small & medium breeds. Most Rescue Agencies will not allow small breeds to go home with families that have children under 12 years of age.
HEALTH & BEHAVIOR PROBLEMS
Texas Teacups makes you aware of any known health or behaviour problem pet may have. We do not adopt pets with a history of aggressive biting behaviour.
Shelter / Animal Control or Adoption Agencies
The main reason pets are there is because they were untrainable or had a health issue that the previous owner could not afford.
People do not give up cute little well behaved puppy's with no health problems.
