Crate Training your New Puppy

Pre Training the puppies we sell before you take them to their new home.

We have started house training all of the puppies that we sell by using the crate training method.    
You can continue this crate training method if you plan on using a newspaper, puppy litter or taking them outside.

We want to ask you to please take time to read the
" Crate Training Your New Puppy " it will help you to understand the type of training puppies receive while here with us.
Depending on a puppy's age and how fast each puppy learns, some of them may be more advanced in training than others, leaving you less work as a new puppy owner.

When you see notes on the puppies we have available for sale or adoption that say, " advanced in house training "
What we are trying to tell you is that the puppy is doing very well in the house training technique that we have taught him or her and has not had any accidents in a long period of time.

* Most of the puppies that are more advanced in training can go in and out a dogie door very well on their own when left home alone.

* They can use puppy pads or go outside when needed to potty.

* If they prefer puppy pads or prefer to go outside we will make notes on their puppy picture.

* They can go all night without needing to go potty and will not wake you up in the night, if you stop giving them food and water 2 to 3 hours before bedtime.

* Have learned how to appreciate treats and praise as a reward for a job well done.

* They know their feeding schedule and don't sit at the table and beg for scraps.

And need only a little more praise and help in continuing their puppy training. 
 
In training your puppy, if you continue with what they have already been taught while here with us.
Your puppy can completely trained in 1 to 3 months. Meaning Accident Free with no worry of leaving your pet unattended while you go to work or shopping.

You will receive a puppy care & on line training video as part of your Puppy Starter Package, shortly after you receive your puppy. It will give you step by step instructions in getting your puppy trained. We also have some very helpful training books in the links section of my main web site.

You may also want to check into PETCO or PetSmarts Puppy Kindergarten or select the " Pet Trainer Directory " and have a professional trainer assist you in house training your new puppy.

They can also teach your puppy some simple voice commands.
Such as Sit, Heel and Fetch!
