This is a sample page with an example of the forms you will need to purchase a specific puppy.
Full information page with access to all links will sent in a e-mail once you have confirmed your puppy purchase.
You must complete a puppy purchase or adoption application in order for us to place a puppy on hold for payment, shipping or pick up.
The name on the application as purchaser must be the same as the persons name on credit card that payment is made from.
Note* The information you submit will become your shipping label and must be correct.
Re-submit your application if you need to make corrections.

Therefore our password protected pages are available only to our customers.

If you are in the process of purchasing a puppy the password will be sent to you once your payment is received.
