Lifetime Pet Replacement Policy

Our Lifetime Pet Replacement Policy is available on all of the puppies we sell it offers a replacement of your pet if death is due to:

 1. Any type of genetic health problems.
2. Any type of non-genetic health problems. 
3. Any type of contagious diseases.
5. Accidental death.

Basically we offer a replacement of your pet if death is due to any health problem and do not require that you have an extensive autopsy done to prove your pets death was due to genetic health problems.

You may also request a replacement of your pet if your puppy if it has any type of health problem ( hereditary, congenital, contagious diseases )
  that cannot be treated with minor medication and cannot be made whole within 30 days of the time it is purchased.

BEWARE OF TRICKY HEALTH GUARANTEES

Our buyers beware talks about breeders that offer tricky health guarantees for lifetime or long term, congenital or hereditary health problems.
What people do not realize is those breeders require that you have an extensive autopsy done on the pet to prove it's death or health problem is congenital or hereditary.
 An extensive autopsy cost between $1,800.00 and $3,500.00
They do not pay for the autopsy and have the right to request a second autopsy or third autopsy be done if they are not 100% convinced the first autopsy offered solid evidence to confirm death was due to health problems covered in your health guarantee.

Questions to ask the breeder you plan to purchase a puppy from.

1. If something should happen to my puppy and it gets sick within the first 30 days and it cannot be treated with minor medication, will you replace it?

2. If my puppy dies of Parvo, Distemper, Coccidia, Giardia, Hypoglycemia or Hydrocephalus within the first 30 days will you replace it?

2. If my pet dies within the time allowed on your health guarantee, will I be required
to have a autopsy done at my expense or is that something you pay for?

3. How many autopsies will be required to prove my pets health problem?

4. Do you offer pet insurance on the puppies you sell?

5. If my pet incurs large vet expenses due to sickness soon after I, purchase it, will you pay my vet bills?

                                        

OUR ANSWER

Answer to Question Number #1: YES, You will receive a written Health Guarantee with our signature letting you know we will stand behind the puppy we sell you.

Answer to Question Number #2: Effective on poets purchased after November 8, 2008.
We do require a written statement from the vet with explanation of pets death.
If pets death was due to any veterinarian confirmed sickness we do not require an autopsy.
If pets death is unexplainable by the vet and their where no prior health problems or sickness. Meaning their is not a definite reason the pet died and negligence or abuse is a possibility for pets death and autopsy may be required.

 If a extensive autopsy is requested we will cover that expense, only if the results show that the pet was not purposely injured or abused.
Example of the reason why we note this is, we have heard of cases where the children put their puppy in the tub with them and accidentally drown them. Or leave them on the bed attended and they fall and hit a hard surface.

Answer to Question Number # 5: We are willing to take your pet to our veterinarian for care and treatment of any sickness according to our written health guarantee.

Standard Health Guarantee
 
We also offer our Standard Health Guarantee for customers that would like to purchase a puppy at a reduced price. It offers a 30 day replacement of your pet if your puppy has any type of health problem ( hereditary, congenital, contagious diseases )
  that cannot be treated with minor medication and cannot be made whole within 30 days of the time it is purchased, however it does not offer a lifetime pet replacement.

Veterinarian Care & Medication

If your pet should need veterinarian care we are willing to have the pet treated and cared for thru a licensed veterinarian according to the health guarantee and purchase agreement. We also offer refunds on prescription medication if needed.
You will be given the opportunity to read the full health prior to making payment.
