Take US Hwy 80 East toward Mesquite, Sunnyvale & Terrell
Make Note this part confuses first time visitors coming from Dallas or 635.
You will need to head East on Hwy 80 if you are coming from Dallas or 635 LBJ Freeway.
However once you make the U turn on the service road you will be heading west that is why the address is West HWY 80.
You may also be able to find us on most navigation systems and online maps by TexasTeacups or TeacupAndToyPetsBoutique with or without a space.

Private Puppy Viewing
Private puppy viewing is available to our clients by request on any day of the week. The store will close during the time you request to accommodate you and your guest for a private viewing of available puppies.
A private viewing fee is required in advance and available to our celebrity clients at no charge.
Contact our owner manager to request a date and time.

Especially if you have puppy questions as I am normally on the road and do not keep the information on pets with me and feel they can give you an immediate answer on a specific puppy or availability of puppies.
