If you are a grooming customer please give your entry form to groomer at time of grooming. This will be a seperate drawing and do not need to be present to win.
You must purchase $10.00 or more in pet supplies. Must must be presented in person. No limit to the amount of times you enter.
You can only receive one free puppy from TexasTeacups.
