This is a brief explanation of the process and instructions for purchasing a puppy.
THIS PAGE HAS A BRIEF DESCRIPTION THAT COVERS THE PROCESS OF PURCHASING ONE OF OUR AVAILABLE PUPPIES IS EXPLAINED BELOW TO HELP YOU UNDERSTAND THE STEPS THAT WILL BE TAKEN TO PROCEED WITH PURCHASING ONE OF OUR PUPPIES.

When you purchase one of our available puppies you will receive a high level of professional service with no mis-interpretation of the size of pet you will receive, or the price you will pay.
We offer a very detailed purchase agreement with every part of the health and size guarantee explained in writing. The purchase of one of our pets can seem longer than most quick cash breeders. If size & health are important to you we feel that you will be satisfied in knowing we offer this very detailed information.

Link to pet insurance offers and free or discounted veterinarian service to cover your puppies first office visit.
When your Puppy Purchase Application is received by our pet boutique you will receive a confirmation by phone and e-mail. ( We send an e-mail labeled e-mail # 1 to confirm we have received your application )
If your application was submitted during business hours and you have not received a e-mail or phone call from us within 30 minutes of the time it was submitted. Please call us to confirm that we have received it.

Submit a complete puppy purchase or adoption application. |

| Send an e-mail confirming you are ready to proceed with your puppy purchase or adoption. Once your Puppy Purchase Application is received we will send you an e-mail and call to confirm that it has been received. However we do require that you send an e-mail as instructed in the confirmation page after your application was submitted only to this e-mail address PuppyPurchase@TexasTeacups.com Include your name, puppy number and your contact phone numbers. You may have accidentally sent us a incorrect e-mail address or phone numbers and cannot confirm with you your application was received. With these words in the subject line: Yes, I am ready to move forward and purchase Puppy Number # _____ (Your Name Here) OR No, I have decided to pass on Puppy Number # _____ (Your Name Here) |

3. Please answer questions in my application so I, can make my decision on purchasing puppy number # _____ (Your Name Here) We may immediately place that puppy on hold for you, by the submission of your application or wait for your response.
We have received invalid applications from a minor or people that filled out the wrong form and we need to confirm you have submitted a legitimate purchase / adoption application. Please read if you have selected option number # 3 We will call or send an e-mail answering any questions you may have submitted on your puppy purchase application. However if you have not confirmed that you are ready to adopt / purchase the puppy on your application within 4 hours of the time your application was submitted, and other applications have came in for the pet in question. The puppy will be sold to the first person that sends confirmation by e-mail to let us know they are ready to purchase the pet in question. We have passed up the opportunity to sell a puppy to customers that were ready to purchase the puppy now, while waiting on customer that are unsure of taking the next step in receiving the puppy they have requested. If you prefer to have your questions answered prior to making a commitment. Please submit a pet inquiry form first and wait for your questions to be answered. WE TAKE THE PUPPY TO THE VET FOR A HEALTH CERTIFICATE IF IT IS READY TO GO. PUPPIES ARE SHIPPED AT 8 WEEKS. |
| STEP EIGHT Once we have received and completely processed your payment. We will proceed with shipping arrangements if needed. |

We will book a flight for your puppy on our next shipping day.

| DEADLINE FOR PAYMENT ON PUPPY PURCHASE AND PUPPY HOLD |

We only allow 4 days to send your check, cashiers check or money order in the mail.
Payment must be sent by certified mail with delivery confirmation number so we can very payment has been sent.
We allow 24 hours if you are sending a bank transfer or credit card information. Time starts on the first day that I e-mailed or verbally told you that we have a puppy on hold for you.
WE DO CONSIDER THE DAYS THAT WE ARE CLOSED AS HOLD DAYS.
If you plan to pick your puppy up in person we can only hold the puppy for 12 hours without payment. Hold time starts at the time your application was submitted. IF WE HAVE PLACED A PUPPY ON HOLD FOR YOU ON FRIDAY OR SATURDAY AND PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED BY MONDAY MORNING WHEN WE OPEN, THE HOLD WILL BE RELEASED AND THE PUPPY WILL BE SOLD TO ANYONE ELSE WHO SENT IN AN APPLICATION FOR THAT PUPPY WHILE WE WERE CLOSED. If you feel that you are not ready to purchase this puppy, I would prefer to release it to someone else that may be anxiously awaiting to give this puppy a new home. I do not mean to rush you into making a decision, I just never know when someone is just inquiring or ready to move forward and make a puppy purchase. I want to be fair and not hold a puppy up from being purchased by someone that really wants it. If you have changed your mind about purchasing this pet, please let me know as soon as possible. If I do not hear back from you within 4 business hours, I will assume you have changed your mind and will release the puppy in question. |
| DEADLINE FOR PAYMENT ON PET ADOPTION |
| We do not allow mail in payment for adoption pets. We allow 4 hours if you are sending a bank transfer or credit card information. WE DO CONSIDER THE DAYS THAT WE ARE CLOSED AS HOLD DAYS.
If you plan to pick your puppy up in person we can only hold the puppy for 2 hours without payment. Hold time starts at the time your application was submitted. If you live outside of the Dallas area and need more drive time please let us know in advance and additional time may be allowed. |
| PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR FULL NAME, PUPPY NUMBER # AND PHONE NUMBER IN ALL OF THE E-MAILS YOU SEND US. We receive a massive amount of e-mails and don't want for your e-mail to be overlooked.
If you cannot receive your puppy on our next shipping day, you will need to pay an additional $25.00 a day fee for everyday we hold the puppy for you. Please do not send in a Puppy Purchase Application unless you are willing to pay $25.00 a day for every day we hold a puppy for you. This fee must be paid in advance along with the price of the puppy. Your payment must be received within the time limits mentioned above or the hold will be released. No exceptions to this condition. Please don't ask. This is the only way I am willing to hold a puppy if you cannot receive it right away. Puppy Purchase: We will hold a puppy for you for 48 Hours on your word, if you plan to pick it up in person if you are purchasing your puppy at the starting price. Adoption Pet: We will hold an adoption pet priced above $575.00 for 4 hours from the time you submitted your application, if you plan to pick it up in person. Adoption Pet: We will hold an adoption pet priced below $575.00 for 2 hours from the time you submitted your application, if you plan to pick it up in person. If you will fly in to pick your puppy up in person we can extend the hold time as long as the holding fee has been paid if required at time of purchase. Put your name & puppy number in the subject line of the e-mails you send us.
