  THIS PAGE EXPLAINS THE PROCESS OF PURCHASING ONE OF OUR AVAILABLE PUPPIES.
IT WILL HELP YOU UNDERSTAND THE STEPS THAT WILL NEED TO BE TAKEN TO PROCEED WITH PURCHAING ONE OF OUR PUPPIES

The process and instructions for purchasing a puppy from our pet boutique.

It is virtually impossible for us to go over every detail of the puppy purchase process on the phone or by e-mail once you have confirmed to us that you are ready to proceed with the purchase of a new puppy. So we have created this information page to help you understand the steps that will need to be completed before you receiving your pet.

                                  

We have over 10 years of experience and offer very high standards in the service and pets we provide to our customers.
Our level of professional customer service far exceeds the sale from a puppy mill, back yard breeder or armature web designer.

When you purchase one of our available puppies you will receive a high level of professional service with no mis-interpretation of the size of pet you will receive, or the price you will pay.

We offer a very detailed purchase agreement with every part of the health and size guarantee explained in writing. The purchase of one of our pets can seem longer than most quick cash breeders. If size & health are important to you we feel that you will be satisfied in knowing we offer this very detailed information.

The purchase of your new puppy will also include:

Free training instructions at our location or on line of your pre- trained puppy. 
Access to our bonus & perks page with manufactured coupons and offers for free food, treats, pet services and more. Available once you have made your puppy purchase.
 New care and health information exclusively for our customers with many detailed care instructions for new tiny teacup & teacup pet owners. Available once you have made your puppy purchase.
Owners personal cell phone number that is available to customers after hours. Rebecca, has had the same phone number for over 12 years and does not have any plans to change it.
Link to pet insurance offers and free or discounted veterinarian service to cover your puppies first office visit.

                                                        
When your Puppy Purchase Application is received by our pet boutique you will receive a confirmation by phone and e-mail. ( We send an e-mail labeled e-mail # 1 to confirm we have received your application other labeled e-mails will follow after you have confirmed you are ready to proceed )

If your application was submitted during business hours and you have not received a e-mail or phone call from us within 30 minutes of the time it was submitted. Please call us to confirm that we have received it.

We may immediately place that puppy on hold for you, by the submission of your application or wait for your response.
We have received invalid applications from people that filled out the wrong form and will need to confirm you have submitted a legitimate purchase / adoption application.
We will also call or send an e-mail answering any questions you may have submitted on your puppy purchase application.
However if you have not confirmed that you are ready to adopt / purchase the puppy on your application within 4 hours of the time your application was submitted, and other applications have came in for the pet in question.
The puppy will be sold to the first person that sends confirmation by e-mail to let us know they are ready to purchase the pet in question.

We have passed up the opportunity to sell a puppy to customers that were ready to purchase the puppy now, while waiting on customer that are unsure of taking the next step in receiving the puppy they have requested.

If you have requested to purchase a puppy that will require shipping please keep in mind that we cannot take your puppy in for his/her health exam for their health certificate or book a flight with airlines until your payment has been received.
We do have other customers that are processing their payment and shipping arrangements must be made in order for them to receive their puppy.
That is why we require that your payment be
completely processed 72 hours prior to departure

Payment must be completely processed by Monday at 3:00 p.m.
in order for your puppy to be shipped on our normal shipping day which is Thursday.
If a holiday falls on a Monday puppy may not be shipped until the next shipping day.
( Read payment deadline for full details & exceptions )

If we have sent you this page during business hours, we will call you within one hour to confirm you have received this page and walk you thru the puppy purchase process.
If you have received this page when we are closed we will call you by 11:00 a.m. on our next business day.
If you have not received a phone call from us within 1 hour please call us at 1-972-552-1989.

 STEP # 1
 Submit a complete puppy purchase or adoption application.

Application must have the correct puppy number and information requested on application form.

IMPORTANT!
If you have submitted a application for a puppy that was no longer available or you have changed your mind about the puppy you originally wanted.
We will need a new application for the puppy that you will be receiving.
The name on the puppy purchase application must be the same as the person paying for the puppy.
The name on application must be exactly the same as it appears on your credit card.
Sorry no exceptions.

Please re submit a new puppy purchase application if you entered a different name other than the person making payment by credit card or check or if
you did not fill it out completely.
Your Puppy Purchase Application will become your shipping label.
It must have the correct puppy number and all of your contact information.
We don't want to send you the wrong puppy or have a hard time contacting you on shipping day.

  STEP # 3
Send an e-mail confirming you are ready to proceed with your puppy purchase or adoption.

Send an e-mail as instructed in the confirmation page after your application was submitted.
 
Include your name, puppy number and your contact phone numbers.
You may have accidentally sent us a incorrect e-mail address or phone numbers and cannot confirm with you your application was received.

With these words in the subject line:

Yes, I am ready to move forward and purchase

 STEP # 5
 Click open link below & print these pages if you will be paying by credit card.

 Pet Purchase Forms

We begin to process paperwork that is required for your puppy purchase.
 STEP # 7
 WE SCHEDULE A APPOINTMENT FOR YOUR PUPPIES HEALTH CERTIFICATE & EXAM
This is done once we have received payment from you the purchaser and it has been completly processed.

If your payment comes in and is completly proccessed right away, we may be able to ship your puppy on our next shipping day.
( Thursday is our primary shipping day / weather permitting )

It is possible for us to ship your puppy sooner, if we have other puppies shipping prior to our normal shipping day.
You can also pay a extra fee for next day shipping if you are in a hurry to receive your puppy.

Once we have verification that payment was completed we will schedule a appointment for your puppies health certificate and exam that is needed for shipping.

 STEP # 9
 A Flight is booked for your puppy

Once we have received and completely processed your payment we will proceed with shipping arrangements if needed.

Jan, will book a flight for your puppy on our next shipping day.

Keep in mind if you are in a hurry to receive your puppy, you may want to get your payment in right away, because we cannot proceed with this step until your payment is received and completely processed.

Once your questions have been answered and you are ready to move forward and purchase the pet in question you can submit a
puppy purchase application

STEP # 2 
 SELECT PET SHIPPING PREFRENCE
 IF NEEDED
 

Please fill out a pet shipping form if you are requesting pet shipping for your puppy.
Your puppy will be shipped on our next normal shipping day once payment has been received.

Payment and paperwork required to finalize pet purchase must be received and completed 72 hours prior to departure date and time if you would like to receive your puppy on our next shipping day.

Their are approximately 6 forms that we must receive back from you with your signature thru fax or scanned e-mail.
Deadline for completion of payment is Monday @ 3:00 p.m.
If payment and paperwork is not completed by our deadline, your puppy will be shipped the next week on our normal shipping day.

You may also pay for express pet shipping if you would like to have
your puppy shipped A.S.A P.

 STEP # 4
 PUPPY WILL BE PLACED ON HOLD FOR PAYMENT

Once we have confirmed that you want to purchase the puppy that you have submitted an application for we may immediately place that puppy on hold for you.

Please read " Pet on Hold " to understand the hold process.

Other applications may have come in for the pet in question and we want to place the puppy on hold for the customer that is ready to move forward and proceed with purchasing the puppy.


If you submitted your application during business hours please call and let us know you have submitted an application and provide the puppy number of the pet.

We will then keep your puppy from being offered to other customers that may come into our walk in location.

 STEP # 6
  PAYMENT PROCESS BEGINS

Please call or send an e-mail to let us know what type of payment you have selected.

And will send you the appropriate forms or instruction page link needed for processing your payment.
Include your name, puppy number and your contact phone numbers.

STEP # 8 
 YOUR PUPPY GOES TO THE VET FOR A HEALTH CERTIFICATE & EXAM

We take the puppy to the vet for a health certificate that is needed for shipping puppies.
PUPPIES ARE NORMALLY SHIPPED AT 8 WEEKS.

If the puppy picture says, " Can be shipped on or after certain date" we will need to wait until the puppy is ready to go before shipping it to you.
 Each puppy has a folder with his/her information inside of it.  Your sales representative Jan, Christy, Ashley, etc... will verify your payment was received and schedule a appointment for a health certificate and exam.

Once we have verification that payment was received and the puppy has a health certificate, they can escalate your puppy purchase to the next level and turn the puppies folder over to Jan in our pet shipping department.
 
 
STEP # 10 
 SHIPPING INTENRARY IS SENT TO YOU BY E-MAIL
 
Information About The Day Your Puppy Is Shipped 
PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR FULL NAME, PUPPY NUMBER # ____ AND PHONE NUMBER IN ALL OF THE E-MAILS YOU SEND US. 

We receive a massive amount of e-mails and don't want for your e-mail to be overlooked. 
 
  
If you cannot receive your puppy on our next shipping day, you will need to pay an additional $20.00 a day fee for everyday we hold the puppy for you.

Please do not send in a Puppy Purchase Application unless you are willing to pay $20.00 a day for every day we hold a puppy for you. This fee must be paid in advance along with the price of the puppy.

Your
payment must be received within the time limits mentioned above or the hold will be released. 

No exceptions to this condition. Please don't ask. This is the only way I am willing to hold a puppy if you cannot receive it right away.


Puppy Purchase: We will hold a  puppy for you for 12 Hours on your word, if you plan to pick it up in person if you are purchasing your puppy at the starting price.

Adoption Pet: We will hold an adoption pet priced above $675.00 for 2 hours from the time you submitted your application, if you plan to pick it up in person.

If you will fly in to pick your puppy up in person we can extend the hold time as long as the holding fee has been paid if required at time of purchase.

We relieve a large amount of daily e-mails especially near the holidays and wanted to offer some time saving tips on speeding up your puppy purchase or adoption process.

Puppy Purchase & Adoption Applications and e-mails from customers that are in the process of receiving their puppy, have priority over general e-mails and phone messages.
