Coupon Code Rules
DISCOUNT COUPONS CAN ONLY BE USED ON PUPPY PURCHASE
Free Pet Shipping has been replaced with coupons to give you a larger discount when available.
If you prefer to purchase your puppy at a discounted price you may use a coupon code on your puppy purchase application when available.
1. Coupons cannot be used on adoption pets.
2. Coupons can only be used after the puppy picture has been posted for 5 days.
3. You must use one of our select payment options listed below.
4. Coupons can only be used on puppies that are ready to go the day they are purchased.
5. Coupons cannot be used if we will be holding the puppy for any reason.
6. Payment by credit card will be accepted only if stated on coupon.
7. Coupons cannot be used with free pet shipping.
8. Payment must be made by either Cash or with a Debit Card that will require a Pin Number.
9. The person making payment must be the person named on the card, and the Debit Card must be present to swipe on our Debit Machine.
10. Coupon cannot be used if payment is made by:
Check, credit card, money order, or cashiers check unless shipping is required and coupon allows any methods of payment.
11. You must be able to pick your puppy up in person in order to receive discount, not unless stated on coupon that shipping allowed with coupon.
12. Your Puppy Purchase Application must be submitted by the expiration time & date shown on the coupon.
13. Your puppy must be picked up within 48 hours of the time you have submitted your application or shipped on our next shipping day, if shipping is allowed with coupon.
14. This discount is an Instant Vet Credit that will be taken off the price of the puppy at the time of purchase.
15. You cannot use a old coupon code with the new reduced price.
16. Coupon must be printed and brought to our location when you pick your puppy up in person.
17. Coupon cannot be used if we have accepted a lower price that is lower than the listed price of the puppy you want to purchase.
18. If the puppy price is reduced and the coupon changes you may choose to purchase the puppy at the reduced price with the new coupon, or you may purchase the puppy at the price that was listed when you submitted your application long.
19. Only one coupon code can be used per puppy purchase.
20. This coupon can only be used on a new puppy purchase and cannot be used with any other discounts, credits, or offers.
21. You may also print this coupon and bring it in to our location before the expiration date. No discount or a lesser discount may be offered to you if you did not present this coupon at time of purchase. Refunds are not given if a different discount was offered to you at our location because you did not bring your coupon or enter it on your application. Refunds are not given if you did not use the proper discount coupon code on your application.
22. You will need to submit a new puppy purchase application with a new coupon code if you have allowed more than 24 hours to pass before making your payment.
Exceptions will be granted by request if you are paying by bank transfer and your bank is closed on Sunday.
23. Payment must be received by expiration date on coupon to receive discount.
All coupons expire midnight of the date on coupon.
" CREDIT CARD DISCOUNT COUPON "
Is the only coupon that can be used with a credit card payment
and only if you will need shipping, when available.
Checks will only be accepted if:
Payment can be made to a Banking Center that has a walk in location in our Dallas, Texas area and if the check is made payable only to: Rebecca Bice
This is a list of known banks in our area:
Wells Fargo, Bank One, Chase, Texans Credit Union,
Compass, & Washington Mutual.
Payment by check must clear the bank before the puppy can be shipped.
If you require shipping your application must be submitted by midnight or the expiration date & time listed on the coupon of the day the coupon expires. Your puppy must be shipped within 5 days in order to receive a coupon discount.
If bank transfer payment is not received within 48 hours that the puppy was placed on hold for you, you will not be allowed to receive the discount for the coupon listed.
Additional time may be approved if a copy of your
Fed Ex or Overnight Check Payment is faxed to 972-552-9241
You must be able to receive a fax in order to receive this discount.
This discount is an Instant Vet Credit & will be taken off the price of puppy at time of purchase.
Example for Customers that Require Shipping:
If you submitted your Puppy Purchase Application on Monday or Tuesday and cannot receive your puppy on our very next shipping day, or your payment is not received within 48 hours, you will not be allowed to receive the discount on your puppy purchase.
The coupons we offer are only available to customers that are ready to move forward and receive their puppy right away. We understand that you may need more time to think about the puppy you are purchasing, however, due to rapid sales of our super cute puppies, we only offer our discount coupons to customers that are ready to proceed with their puppy purchase and receive their puppy right away.
Lifetime health guarantee is not available and will be void if any puppy or puppies where purchased with any type of coupon or discount is used with any puppy purchase.
Example: If you purchased a puppy with a Buy One Get One Free Coupon.
The first puppy purchased will be sold with a standard health guarantee.
The 2nd puppy will be sold with a limited health guarantee.
Explanation of our limited time on coupons.
We have had two different customers who requested that we hold their puppy for 4 days while we waited for their payment to come in. It had took them 2-3 days to make a final decision on purchasing the puppy. One of the customers never sent their payment and the other customer changed her mind and decided to purchase a different puppy that we had available for sale.
During this waiting period we had several other customers that wanted these puppies very badly, some of them gave up waiting and purchased a puppy from another location.
One of our customers watched daily because all her little girl wanted was a Red Tiny Teacup Malti-Poo. We released the hold on the puppy once payment did not come thru and made the puppy available to the little girl that had been watching our web site daily.
Her mother's joy and excitement was soon turned to disappointment when we found that all of the flights were now full. And since the weather had become colder we were not be able to ship her puppy until after the holidays.
We are trying to avoid these types of disappointments.
Because of this we prefer that you use the available coupons on your application only if you feel that you can accept the terms of using these coupon codes.
